A self-cleaning dust collector unit with pulse pneumatic cleaning (“pulse-jet”) suitable for use in all industrial processes where high dust concentration of different nature are generated.

The PC cyclone produces circular motion inside the tow concentric walls and the solid particles are pushed by centrifugal action against the inner walls of the cylinder body. We propose to use the PC-Cyclone as pre-dedusting system, combined with our HJL bag filters or pulsatron compact filters in a wide range of industrial processes where have to be treated rough and dry solid particles or in the presence pf sparks.

Centrifugal filters for oil mist and electrostatic filters: the air polluted by oil mist or coolant is channeled inside the centrifugal filter crossing the inlet providing a grid so as to prevent the suction solid material. A conic diffuser guarantees the uniform distribution inside the drum of the mist and vapors that are centrifuged at high speed and then pushed towards the filtering panels. The particals undergo a coalescence effect turning into droplets and then discharged through a drainpipe.

Equipped with sludge dredge is a hydrodynamic filter for dust, vapors and gases which exploits the effect of micro mixing of gas to be treated with water. The dust/sludge that settles to the bottom of the tank is collected by scrapers and mechanically conveyed to the outlet for disposal. The sludge dredge avoids downtime required for sludge removal, thus grestly reducing general management costs.

The scrubber is a wet collection device which involves the use of a liquid (water or solution with appropriate reagent) for the mechanical separation or chemical neutralization of contaminant particles from the gas stream. They can be made of polypropylene (PP), PVC, polyethylene HD or stainless steel and they are widely used for the organic deodorization and for the removal of acid or alkali gases.
